Start by verifying that the settings match your preffered workout. You setup how long your workout should last and also what equipment you have available.

Controlls

During each workout you may pause, reset or resume your workout. If paused, press START to continue your workout.

If you manually want to go through the exercises or use it by repetition, press the List view and the timer will be removed and all exercises presented in a list instead.
